Sr IT Representative (Web Technology - Analytics)

Job Description

Responsibilities Work on the analytics of Web sites across cutting edge web content development and management platforms like Acquia and Drupal Work on leading enterprise software management tools like Atlassians JIRA, Confluence, etc. and ticketing tools like ServiceNow Tagging new pages for Google Tag manager, verify tags show up in Google Analytics SFDC Marketing use the same tag structure as GTM Internet business requests for analytical data and working them Applying established Tag to a business request Support the data integrity collection from the web (tag and then report) Collaborate with the business and development teams on the Search engine optimization for Lutron websites Preferred candidate profile 1. Minimum 3-year degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with a 60% and above, or a 4-year degree in engineering/technology 2. 24-year experience in the field of Web Analytics 3. Experience with Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager is a strong plus 4. Experience with merging different data sets (e.g. Looker data) is a strong plus 5. Experience with SFDC Marketing cloud is a plus 6. Experience with Google Looker Studio, Power BI and Tableau is a plus 7. Ability to talk to business stakeholders, understand the reports requirements and generate reports 8. help the business users understand the results 9. A proactive attitude to platform enhancements and desire to implement best practice solutions 10. Basic knowledge of web applications, Web Page anatomy (HTML, CSS, Java Script), programming languages, web services 11. Knowledge and experience of software development processes and best practices is mandatory; Experience in Agile development framework and Scrum is preferred 12.
