Job Description

Responsibilities Work across cutting edge web content development and management platforms like Acquia and Drupal Work on leading enterprise software management tools like Atlassians JIRA, Confluence, etc. and ticketing tools like ServiceNow Work on HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, to help build and maintain Web Sites and content Work with Images and other multimedia content to enhance the website user experience Work on the Search engine optimization for Lutron websites Working with the global IT Web Team to build and publish Web pages Lead the team of developers and QA Work closely with the business and global teams to plan and run the development cycle Ensure delivery timelines and quality of the deliverables Mentor and guide the team members on day-to-day activities Plan career development for the team members Work with global team to setup processes for the team Drive metrics and process improvement initiatives Preferred candidate profile 1. Minimum 3-year degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with a 60% and above, or a 4-year degree in engineering/technology 2. 8 to12-years experience in front end web technology 3. 4-5 years experience in the role of leading a team 4. Strong experience in collaborating across teams and stakeholders 5. A proactive attitude to platform enhancements and desire to implement best practice solutions 6. Strong knowledge of web applications, Web Page anatomy (HTML, CSS, Java Script), programming languages, web services 7. Experience of software development processes and best practices is mandatory; Experience in Agile development framework and Scrum is preferred 8. Acquia certification is preferred 9. Strong problem-solving and strong written and communication skills 10. Strong service mind-set and Strong attention to details
