Job Description

Role & responsibilities Overview The SAP team member will work with the global Information Technology team to effectively run the SAP platform in the organization, monitor the system, identify the errors and provide guidance to fix them. Responsibilities ABAP, CPI and IDOC technical support Monitor and review IDOC Error messages (Inbound and outbound) . Work with the technical team and/or functional team to determine the root cause and then resolve the errors Create Fiori tiles/reports based on the business needs. Interface and collaborate with the other teams across locations to resolve errors Collaborate with team members using strong written and verbal communication skills Identify and suggest possible improvements to procedures Preferred candidate profile Minimum 3-year degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with a 60% and above, or a 4-year degree in engineering/technology 2 - 4 years' experience in the relevant field Experience as a SAP S/4 developer Extensive ABAP knowledge and experience Extensive IDOC knowledge and experience Fiori and CPI Experience EDI knowledge is a plus Knowledge and experience of software development processes and best practices (Agile or Scrum) A proactive attitude to platform enhancements and desire to implement best practice solutions Strong problem-solving and strong written and communication skills Strong service mind-set Strong attention to details
