We are seeking an experienced IT PMO Manager to lead the Project Management Office for our Enterprise Applications portfolio. This role is responsible for overseeing the governance, execution, and delivery of enterprise-scale application initiatives including ERP, CRM, HRMS, and other core business systems. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of project governance, stakeholder leadership, resource planning, and enterprise system implementation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business; MBA or Master’s in IT preferred.
• 12 – 18 years of experience in IT project management with at least 4+ years in a PMO leadership or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of ERP/CRM/HRMS system lifecycles and delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
• PMP, PMI-PgMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications highly desirable.
PMO Governance & Strategic Alignment:
• Establish and enforce project governance standards across enterprise application initiatives (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, etc.).
• Ensure all projects align with business goals and IT strategy, and drive value creation.
• Define KPIs and success metrics for project delivery.
Program & Portfolio Management:
• Manage the full lifecycle of complex enterprise application projects including upgrades, integrations, migrations, and deployments.
• Prioritize project intake and manage portfolio-level planning, resource allocation, and reporting.
• Oversee risks, dependencies, and issue resolution across multiple concurrent projects.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
• Serve as the central liaison between business units, IT teams, and external partners/vendors.
• Communicate project objectives, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and steering committees.
• Manage contracts, SLAs, and delivery expectations with third-party application vendors or SIs.
Team & Resource Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers, business analysts, and PMO coordinators.
• Support talent development and promote a high-performance project culture.
• Coordinate cross-functional IT and business teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
Reporting & Insights:
• Develop executive dashboards and monthly reports covering project health, resource utilization, financials, and milestones.
• Utilize tools such as Clarity PPM, MS Project, Power BI, ServiceNow, or JIRA to track and communicate performance.
