Objective of the Job:

To ensure seamless operation, maintenance, and security of the organization's IT systems, networks, hardware, and software, providing timely support and technical expertise to meet business needs effectively.

Scope:

Responsible for the complete administration of IT infrastructure, including network management, server configuration, cybersecurity, data backup, user support, and IT asset management across all departments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor all installed systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, hardware, and enterprise applications.
Ensure the highest levels of system, data, and network availability.
Maintain and implement security, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions in Active Directory.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues promptly.
Perform regular system audits, patch management, and security updates.
Maintain and update IT asset inventories, licensing, and documentation.
Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Liaise with vendors and service providers for IT procurement, AMC, and technical support.
Enforce IT policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Support implementation of new technologies and IT automation initiatives.

Essential Educational & Experience Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Applications / Information Technology / Computer Engineering.
7+ years of experience
in IT administration, system/network management, or related technical support roles.

Necessary Technical / Functional Skills:

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure management and cybersecurity practices.
Expertise in Windows and Linux server environments.
Proficiency with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
Hands-on experience with firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs.
Familiarity with cloud environments (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, Azure).
Troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and root cause analysis.
