Responsibilities

  • We expect you to coordinate with various departments to maintain updated records of company policies and procedures.

  • You are tasked with conducting regular audits of HR processes to ensure compliance with legal standards and internal policies.

  • You will analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements in operational practices.
  • We rely on your expertise to develop and streamline payroll processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate attendance records to support payroll processing and compliance.

Requirements
