We have an opportunity with one of the leading conglomerate company based out of Navi Mumbai for the role of Senior Human Resources Manager.

Experience: 12-17 years

Education: MBA (full time)

Roles and responsibilities:

The incumbent will play a pivotal role in aligning HR initiatives with business priorities, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring seamless HR service delivery.

Act as a strategic partner to the business, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals and managing end-to-end HR functions, enhancing employee experience, and driving organizational effectiveness.

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing counsel on talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design.

Drive the execution of talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and competency frameworks.

Support leaders in embedding a performance-driven culture by guiding performance conversations and development discussions.

Drive change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new policies, processes, and systems.
