As a Senior HR Manager, you will hold a leadership position in the Human Resources department, playing a crucial role in overseeing various HR functions and contributing to the organization's strategic direction. Your key responsibilities will involve: - Talent Acquisition: Managing the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires. - Employee Relations: Handling employee grievances, fostering a positive work environment, and resolving conflicts effectively. - Performance Management: Designing and implementing performance management systems, offering feedback, and supporting employee development. - Policy Development & Compliance: Creating and enforcing HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. - Compensation & Benefits: Overseeing compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent. - HR Technology: Leveraging HR technology for efficient operations. - Training & Development: Identifying training needs and implementing programs to enhance employee skills. - Employee Engagement: Initiating activities to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. - HR Data & Analytics: Utilizing HR metrics and reports for data-driven decision-making. - Organizational Development: Contributing to organizational development and change initiatives. - Strategic HR Leadership: Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's goals. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: - Completion of an MBA in HR. - In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulations. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Proficiency in HR technology and systems. - Ability to work strategically and collaboratively with various stakeholders. - Prior experience in managing teams and budgets.
