Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager located in Pune. The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Daily tasks may include recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, training and development, and handling disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
• Proven experience in managing employee engagement and training programs
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
• Candidates with prior experience in Real Estate will be preferred.
