Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless sales operations.


Qualifications

  • Experience in developing sales strategies and managing sales teams
  • Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Market research and sales reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 5+ years Experience in the real estate industry is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
