We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced advocate specializing in Real Estate law. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in this field, which should encompass a comprehensive understanding of real estate transactions, property laws, and legal compliance issues.

Job Location: Bibwewadi, Pune-37

In this role, the advocate will be responsible for providing expert legal guidance related to real estate transactions, including but not limited to property acquisitions, leases, and sales agreements. Familiarity with local regulations, zoning laws, and property registration processes in Pune is essential, as it will help navigate the complexities of the real estate market in the region.

Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of handling real estate disputes, advising clients on contractual obligations, and negotiating favorable terms. Additionally, experience in conducting due diligence and preparing legal documentation for property transactions will be highly valued.
