Advocate

• Client Consultation – Meeting clients, understanding issues, and advising on legal remedies.
• Case Filing – Drafting, preparing, and filing suits, petitions, complaints, or applications in courts and tribunals.
• Legal Drafting – Preparing agreements, contracts, notices, and replies for various matters.
• Court Representation – Arguing cases, attending hearings, and managing trial procedures.
• Legal Research – Studying statutes, case laws, and precedents to build strong arguments.
• Compliance and Advisory – Guiding clients to stay compliant with legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Negotiation & Mediation – Handling out-of-court settlements, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
• Litigation Strategy – Planning case approaches, managing evidence, and briefing senior counsels if needed.
• Documentation & Filing Management – Maintaining records, affidavits, and filing updates systematically.
• Client Communication & Development – Updating clients on case progress and helping expand the firm’s network.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
