Senior Human Resources Manager

As a real estate developer located in Kochi, Varma Homes is currently overseeing more than 15 ongoing projects spread across three districts in Kerala and is in the process of extending its operations to new locations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, implementing HR strategies and initiatives, and utilizing HR software and systems effectively. As part of the role, you will need to possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity. To excel in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in HR management is essential, along with a solid understanding of leadership principles and the ability to lead and support HR personnel effectively.
