Location: Sector 65, Gurugram, Haryana

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead and manage our HR operations. This role demands strategic oversight and hands-on involvement across the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and organizational growth. The right candidate will contribute significantly to cultivating a positive work culture and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

Core ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower needs and develop robust talent pipelines.
  • Optimize recruitment processes using both free and premium job portals.

Onboarding & Development

  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience that supports early employee engagement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for skill enhancement and compliance adherence.
  • Uphold internal standards and ensure compliance with all applicable HR regulations.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a key point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and engaging workplace environment.
  • Lead communication strategies and employee engagement programs.

Performance Management

  • Design and implement structured performance appraisal systems.
  • Assist in KPI development, goal-setting, and career growth planning.
  • Address underperformance through actionable feedback and improvement plans.

  • Administer employee benefits in accordance with company and legal requirements.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.

  • Ensure policies are clearly communicated and consistently upheld.

Health, Safety & Wellness

  • Promote workplace safety and employee wellbeing initiatives.
  • Lead health and safety compliance in alignment with occupational standards.

Workplace Culture & Retention

  • Organize employee appreciation, wellness, and team-building programs.
  • Implement strategies aimed at improving employee satisfaction and retention.

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Use HR analytics to support informed decision-making and workforce planning.
  • Lead change management efforts and champion continuous organizational improvement.

Candidate Requirements
