Senior Human Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & StaffingManage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs. Use multiple platforms (job portals, social media, internal referrals) to attract suitable candidates. Conduct background checks and reference verifications. 2. Employee Relations & EngagementAct as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances; ensure timely resolution. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through regular engagement activities. Organize employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and feedback sessions. 3. Performance ManagementAssist in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems. Monitor employee performance and support managers in conducting regular evaluations. Identify skill gaps and recommend training or upskilling programs. 4. HR Policy & ComplianceDevelop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws and company guidelines. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.). Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately and securely. 5. Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs through performance reviews and skills assessments. Coordinate learning and development initiatives for various departments. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. 6. Payroll & AttendanceCoordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate salary disbursement. Oversee attendance systems and leave management. Ensure timely submission of timesheets and leave records. 7. Strategic HR InitiativesSupport senior management in HR planning and strategic decision-making. Contribute to organizational development, culture-building, and change management. Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
