Senior Human Resource Executive

Overseeing the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.  Managing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are properly integrated into the plant's culture and procedures.  Building positive employee relations and addressing workplace conflicts.  Managing grievances, disciplinary actions, and ensuring fair treatment of all employees.  Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations.  Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures that align with company guidelines and legal requirements.  Overseeing performance management processes, including performance appraisals and feedback.  Working with the plant's safety team to ensure a safe and healthy working environment. Implementing and monitoring safety policies and procedures. Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation. Providing HR guidance and support to managers and employees. May involve overseeing other administrative functions like canteen, transportation, and housekeeping. Advising management on HR best practices and legal requirements.
