Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels to attract top talent, including job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work culture.
  • Implement initiatives to boost employee morale, recognition, and motivation.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
  • Performance Management:
  • Assist in the design and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Work with managers to set clear performance goals and track progress.
  • Provide support in conducting performance reviews and managing feedback processes.
  • Attendance and Leave Management:
  • Monitor and maintain accurate attendance records.
  • Manage leave requests and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Generate monthly attendance reports and address any discrepancies.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding:
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Prepare and maintain employee files and documentation.
  • Manage exit processes, including exit interviews, clearance formalities, and feedback collection.
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain HR records, employee databases, and HRIS systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle employee queries and provide timely resolution of HR-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in marketing agency will be plus point.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
