Job Description

Role & responsibilities

    • Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees within set deadlines.
    • Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
    • Ensure accurate calculation of gross pay, deductions, and net pay.
    • Handle statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, and Professional Tax.
    • File and maintain statutory returns in compliance with government regulations.
    • Coordinate with external agencies and auditors as required.
    • Maintain up-to-date employee master data in the payroll system.
    • Process new hires, exits, and employee status changes accurately.
    • Reconcile payroll-related accounts and resolve discrepancies.
    • Prepare payroll reports for management and finance departments.
    • Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
    • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams for smooth payroll operations.
    • Address employee payroll queries promptly and professionally.
    • Conducting employee engagement activities
    • Providing assistance in the developing of training Calendar and arrangement of various training programs pertaining to augmentation of Technical and relevant behavioral competencies
    • Handle on-boarding and off-boarding activities
