Job Description

Position:

Mon to Fri: 9 am to 6pm (WFO)

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary HR partner for assigned client organizations, managing overall HR operations and consultation.
• Develop, implement, and review customized HR policies, frameworks, and process improvements for clients. • Manage employee lifecycle activities – from onboarding to exit, including engagement and retention programs. • Provide strategic HR advisory and consultation support to clients on organizational development and compliance. • Support and coordinate payroll and statutory compliance activities (experience preferred). • Lead and facilitate employee relations initiatives, grievance handling, and performance management processes. • Prepare and analyze HR data, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable insights. • Conduct HR audits and compliance checks as per client requirements. • Mentor and guide junior HR consultants to maintain service quality and consistency. • Travel to client locations for periodic reviews, employee interactions, and meetings as required.

Requirements

Minimum
3 years of experience
in HR operations. • Prior exposure to Payroll Management and Statutory Compliance is a strong advantage. • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR Management or related discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred). • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities. • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), HRMS platforms, and MS Office Suite. • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to travel to client sites based on business needs.
