Senior Human Resource Executive

You are a proactive and dynamic Senior HR Executive with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Your key responsibilities will include managing the recruitment and talent acquisition process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding. You will collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and maintain an updated recruitment database. Additionally, you will plan and execute employee engagement activities, handle employee grievances professionally, and contribute to creating a positive work culture. In terms of HR operations, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records in HRMS, handling documentation for various employee processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. You will also assist in performance management by supporting the implementation of appraisal processes and coordinating training sessions while evaluating their effectiveness. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a corporate or mid-sized organization. A strong understanding of HR functions and best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure are essential requirements.
