Job Description

As an HR professional, your role will involve managing various aspects of the HR function to ensure the smooth operation of recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, attendance and leave management, onboarding and offboarding, and HR administration. Here are the key responsibilities you will be handling: - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions. - Utilize various recruitment channels to attract top talent, including job portals, social media, and employee referrals. - Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work culture. - Implement initiatives to boost employee morale, recognition, and motivation. - Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and provide actionable insights to the leadership team. - Assist in the design and implementation of performance appraisal systems. - Work with managers to set clear performance goals and track progress. - Provide support in conducting performance reviews and managing feedback processes. - Monitor and maintain accurate attendance records. - Manage leave requests and ensure compliance with company policies. - Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. - Prepare and maintain employee files and documentation. - Manage exit processes, including exit interviews, clearance formalities, and feedback collection. - Maintain HR records, employee databases, and HRIS systems. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. - Handle employee queries and provide timely resolution of HR-related issues. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in an HR role. Experience in marketing agency will be a plus. - Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position that requires you to work in person at the designated location.
