Job Description

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations


  • Communication and interpersonal skills


  • Prime responsibilty of Pre and Post Recruitment Process.


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.


  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.


  • Conduct comprehensive screening and assessment of applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications and cultural fit.


  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and potential.


  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process, including making recommendations on candidate selection.


  • Facilitate the offer process by negotiating compensation packages and assisting with onboarding procedures.


  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.


  • To ensure to drive Employee Engagement Activities.


  • To ensure to conduct trainings for staff and value-adders.


  • Exposure to HRMS is desirable.
