Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. HR Specialist with proven experience in

digital/creative/marketing agency environments. The role requires ownership of the

complete recruitment cycle along with core HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have

strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to attract and retain

top talent while fostering a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

 Partner with department heads to analyze hiring requirements and craft tailored job

descriptions.

 Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening,

interviewing, salary negotiation, and onboarding.

 Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee

referrals, networking within agency ecosystem).

 Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both current and future agency hiring

needs.

 Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.

 Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.

 Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution with professionalism.

 Support performance management cycles (goal setting, reviews, and appraisals).

 Contribute to HR policies and ensure alignment with industry standards and

compliance requirements.

 Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records.

 Drive engagement initiatives and cultural programs to strengthen employee

experience.

 Prepare and share weekly/monthly recruitment reports and hiring updates with

management.

Requirements & Skills

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

 3–5 years of proven HR experience within a

digital/creative/advertising/marketing agency (mandatory).

 Strong knowledge of agency recruitment practices and talent landscape.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines in a fast-paced agency setup.

 Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

 Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri,

etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
