Job Description

You will be responsible for creating, updating, and applying HR policies and company guidelines to ensure compliance with standards and regulations mandated by authorities. Your typical duties will include managing local labor hiring and selection processes, supporting business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital, fostering a positive work environment, conducting routine performance appraisals, assessing on-job training, overseeing general affairs and administrative management matters, and handling other tasks as assigned by your supervisor. You will directly report to the regional supervisor and must be fluent in both English and Chinese. This is a full-time position that requires a Bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate should have a total of 5 years of work experience, with at least 4 years in HR compensation and benefits, and 4 years in recruiting. Proficiency in English and Chinese languages is essential, and possessing a TOEIC certification is preferred.
