Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior HR Recruiter to join our team at the Arya Group, with 3-6 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and human resources.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.
Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities and results.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
