Overview

We are seeking Senior HR Operations who will own and execute key HR processes, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality employee support. This role involves hands-on coordination of daily operational activities while contributing to process consistency and improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation, background checks, and induction schedules
Maintain accurate employee records including contracts, personal information, and statutory documents
Support day-to-day HR operations such as leave management, benefits coordination, employee letters, and compliance documentation
Ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulations in all operational activities
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies and operational matters
Collaborate with payroll, finance, and facilities teams to ensure seamless employee experience
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency
Prepare and share periodic reports on headcount, attrition, and operations metrics as required
Support audits by maintaining proper documentation and ensuring timely submissions

Qualifications

5 to 8 years of experience in core HR operations or shared services
Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
