Senior HR Operations Specialist

Job Description: As a Senior HR Operations at Poshmark, you will play a crucial role in owning and executing key HR processes to ensure compliance and deliver high-quality employee support. Your responsibilities will involve hands-on coordination of daily operational activities while also contributing to process consistency and improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, which includes managing documentation, background checks, and induction schedules. - Maintain accurate employee records, such as contracts, personal information, and statutory documents. - Support day-to-day HR operations, including leave management, benefits coordination, employee letters, and compliance documentation. - Ensure strict adherence to company policies and labor regulations in all operational activities. - Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies and operational matters. - Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance efficiency. - Prepare and share periodic reports on headcount, attrition, and operations metrics as required. - Support audits by maintaining proper documentation and ensuring timely submissions. Qualifications: - 5 to 8 years of experience in core HR operations or shared services. - Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements. - Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. - Strong interpersonal and coordination skills. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
