Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior HR Manager located in Gurugram. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources operations and ensuring they’re aligned with the company’s goals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing the recruitment and selection process, supporting employee development, enhancing job satisfaction, managing performance appraisal systems, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role requires close collaboration with department heads and executive management to support and drive company objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR management and experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
• Extensive knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
• Strong understanding of employee development, performance management, and job satisfaction enhancement
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different departments
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus
• Experience within the pharmaceutical/FMCG/ healthcare industry is beneficial
