Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements. Maintain recruitment-related reports and candidate databases. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Stay updated with recruitment trends and best practices. --- Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (1–3 years) as a recruiter (in-house or agency). Knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines. Familiarity with HR software/ATS is an advantage.
