Senior HR Manager

Role Overview: As a Senior HR Manager at our company operating in the gear and transmission manufacturing sector, your role will be crucial in leading human resources initiatives and aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals to drive organizational success. Additionally, you will oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, design and implement performance management systems, administer compensation and benefits programs, lead organizational change initiatives, and utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals to drive organizational success. - Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent. - Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. - Design and implement performance management systems and employee development programs. - Administer compensation and benefits programs. - Lead organizational change initiatives and support cultural development. - Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. - Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the manufacturing industry. - In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. - Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
