Job Description

As the HR Manager at Weatherford, reporting to the Sr. Director Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in the matrixed India business and HR leadership community. Your responsibilities will include: - **Safety, Security & Compliance**: - Maintain high standards of corporate governance and ensure activities are carried out ethically and in compliance with Company's policies, regulations, and industry practices. - Prioritize Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and Environmental protection while ensuring no risk to employees, processes, customers, or communities. - Seek continuous improvement in Health, Safety, Security & Environment to exceed customer expectations. - Demonstrate effective safety leadership for all subordinates and visitors on the Company premises. - **Operations**: - Anticipate, analyze business opportunities, and deliver solutions. - Contribute to the HR strategy, establish trusted relationships with business leadership, and ensure key HR processes are delivered effectively. - Contribute to organization, portfolio, and leadership changes. - **Quality**: - Be familiar with the Company's Quality policies and focus on service quality and continual improvement across all business areas. - **Communication**: - Communicate effectively with a global, diverse workforce. - Engage and manage stakeholders, maintain effective communications, and set clear expectations. - **Financial**: - Understand financial management in a global HR function and guide to meet HR targets. - Ensure financial responsibility, compliance with budget, and relevant financial policies. - **People & Development**: - Lead HR professionals, engage in their development, guide Business Stakeholders, and contribute to HR team influence. - Drive talent recruitment & retention strategies, support career development, and engage in regular performance discussions. - **Vision & Leadership**: - Demonstrate ethical behavior, adhere to Weatherford standards, and contribute to the organization's vision and purpose. **Job Requirements**: **Experience & Education**: - **Required**: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. - 15+ years progressive HR experience with demonstrated career track record. - Experience leading people or projects. - **Preferred**: - 8 years of managerial experience. **Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**: - **Required**: - High proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Sound knowledge of the energy industry. - Exceptional communication skills. **Travel Requirement**: - This role may require domestic and potentially international travel of up to <10%.,
