Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and committed Senior HR Manager to lead and oversee the entire HR function of the organization, including our overseas offices. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of developing and implementing HR policies, managing international operations, and actively contributing to the company’s growth and wealth creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Development & Implementation: Design, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Advise management and lead HR strategies that support organizational expansion.
  • Overseas Operations Management: Handle HR functions and coordination with international offices, ensuring compliance with local and overseas regulations.
  • Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management for domestic and overseas teams.
  • Employee Relations: Build a positive work culture, address grievances, and maintain transparent communication.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory laws and company policies across all locations.
  • Travel & Coordination: Willing to travel to overseas offices to manage HR operations and support growth.
  • Business Contribution: Collaborate closely with top management to align HR initiatives with business goals and contribute to overall company growth.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 7–10 years of experience in HR leadership roles.
  • Experience managing multi-location or international operations preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR practices, policies, and legal compliance.
  • Energetic, committed, and willing to take up responsibilities proactively.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
