Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Manage employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws to maintain a positive work environment.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform data-driven decision making in talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives.
Collaborate with CXO-level stakeholders on key projects related to HRIS implementation, policy development, and process improvements.

Job Requirements :

10-15 years of experience in an HR Generalist role within the Engineering & Construction industry.
Strong understanding of HR analytics, appraisal systems (e.g., 401k), provident fund regulations (PF), and compliance management best practices.
Excellent stakeholder management skills at both individual contributor levels as well as CXO-level engagement.
