We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter
to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top technical talent across a variety of engineering, data, product, and IT roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and deliver a seamless candidate experience.Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment
for technical positions including software engineers, data scientists, DevOps, product managers, and IT specialists.Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and build sourcing strategies.Use multiple channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, employee referrals, Naukri etc.) to proactively source high-quality candidates.Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.Provide market intelligence, talent mapping, and strategic hiring insights to leadership.Facilitate a positive and professional candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance.Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to define and implement employer branding initiatives.Track and report recruitment metrics to improve processes and performance.Stay updated with tech industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to the development of recruiting best practices.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field.3+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment or agency setting.Deep knowledge of technical roles and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, DevOps, AI/ML, etc.).Proven experience with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, KEKA ).Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.Data-driven mindset and familiarity with recruitment metrics.A passion for finding and attracting top talent and building diverse teams.Team Lead - as a positive point .Preferred Qualifications
