Senior HR Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Executive / HR Manager who can handle end-to-end HR responsibilities effectively. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the solar energy or renewable energy sector. Key Responsibilities:Handle recruitment & onboarding processes end-to-end Maintain employee records and HR documentation Develop & implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices Manage payroll coordination, leave tracking, and attendance systems Handle employee engagement and grievance management Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations Assist in performance appraisal and training development Coordinate with different departments for manpower planning Promote a positive and performance-driven company culture Preferred Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a strong plus Knowledge of Indian labor laws, PF/ESIC/Gratuity, and compliance Good command of MS Office, HRMS software, and documentation Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and able to work independently
