Senior HR Executive

Role Overview: As an experienced HR professional, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates. You will collaborate with department heads to understand and fulfill the manpower requirements of the organization. Additionally, you will conduct induction and orientation programs to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Key Responsibilities: - Handle employee grievances effectively and provide timely resolutions to maintain a positive work environment. - Drive employee engagement activities and cultural programs to foster a sense of belonging among the workforce. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, and gratuity. You will also be involved in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies. - Coordinate the appraisal process and maintain performance data to assist managers in addressing performance-related concerns. - Identify training needs, arrange skill-development programs, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives. - Conduct exit interviews, complete full & final settlement formalities, and analyze attrition trends to suggest retention strategies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. - Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. - Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,
