Senior HR Executive

Location: Sunrise Hospital Pala- Erattupetta Road, Kaduvamuzhi, Erattupetta, Kerala 686121

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in HR Operations
Qualification: MBA / MSW (HR) or equivalent

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in HR (MBA / MSW HR) or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a hospital or service sector
• In-depth knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance, and recruitment procedures
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule
• Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, gratuity, and other labor laws
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
• Support HR policy implementation, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives
• Liaise with department heads to address manpower planning and HR-related matters
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems and practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
