Job Description

The Senior HR Executive is responsible for managing human resources functions in a healthcare setting. This includes recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and employee welfare. You will work closely with hospital leadership, department heads, and staff to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive work environment. Your responsibilities will include managing the full recruitment cycle for hospital staff, such as doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and other healthcare professionals. You will coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring. Additionally, you will prepare and maintain job descriptions, employee contracts, and other recruitment documentation. As the Senior HR Executive, you will oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and formalities are completed. Conducting orientation sessions to introduce new employees to hospital policies, procedures, and workplace culture will also be part of your role. You will act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns, offering guidance on HR-related issues and addressing employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and timely manner. Promoting employee engagement programs, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting performance appraisal processes will be crucial aspects of your job. You will assist in identifying and addressing performance issues, including coaching and counseling employees. Ensuring hospital compliance with local labor laws, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies is also a key responsibility. Maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring confidentiality, and preparing reports related to HR functions are essential tasks. You will coordinate training sessions to enhance employee skills, compliance knowledge, and professional development. Tracking and evaluating training effectiveness and employee participation will also be part of your duties. It is mandatory to have 3+ years of total HR experience and 1+ years of hospital experience for this role. The job types include full-time and contractual/temporary positions with a contract length of 6 months. The work schedule is a fixed shift, and the work location is in person. Experience required includes 1 year in a hospital setting and 3 years in human resources. The Senior HR Executive will ensure adherence to hospital budget and compensation guidelines, maintain a safe and healthy working environment for hospital staff, and support employee health and wellness programs. Coordinating staff wellness initiatives and benefits programs to improve overall job satisfaction is also part of the job responsibilities.,
