About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive

Senior HR Executive

to join our HR team. This role is a strategic blend of

HR generalist responsibilities

and

recruitment support

. You will act as a key liaison between business leaders and the HR function, supporting our peoples agenda while ensuring smooth HR operations across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Generalist (80%)

Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.

Drive employee engagement initiatives, pulse surveys, and feedback mechanisms.

Handle employee relations issues including grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with leadership.

Manage performance review cycles, goal-setting processes, and career development plans.

Partner with department heads to identify training needs and facilitate learning & development interventions.

Lead HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with internal protocols and labor laws.

Support payroll inputs, leave management and employee database accuracy.

Collaborate in designing and driving culture-building programs and wellness initiatives.

Recruitment (20%)

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build effective hiring plans.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for mid-level and support functions.

Partner with recruitment agencies/job boards for niche or bulk hiring.

Conduct initial HR interviews and manage candidate pipeline through ATS or manual trackers.

Assist in employer branding initiatives and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

4 6 years of relevant experience in an HRBP or Generalist role, with exposure to recruitment.

Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws and compliance regulations.

Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proven experience in handling performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and drive change.

Nice to Have:

Experience with HRMS/ATS tools (e.g., Keka, Darwinbox, Zoho People, etc.)

Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, etc.)

Exposure to data-driven HR practices and basic analytics.
