Role Objective: Responsible for running and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital channels. The primary objective is to optimize Cost Per Lead and Return on Ad Spend to deliver measurable ROI. Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage paid digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, social media ads). Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights. Continuously optimize campaigns for CPL, ROAS, and other key performance indicators. Manage ad budgets effectively. Provide regular reports on campaign performance. Titles for Sourcing: Performance Marketer, Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Media), Growth Marketer Required Experience: 1. Years of Experience: 3 to 5+ years in performance marketing with a focus on paid media campaigns. 2. Technical Skills: Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, analytics platforms (Google Analytics), A/B testing tools. 3. Domain Experience: Experience in B2B SaaS marketing; understanding of lead generation funnels. 4. Other Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to iterate quickly, creative thinking for ad copy/visuals. 5. Educational Background (Desired): Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
