Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing email campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and contribute to overall business growth. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to ensure campaigns are not only visually compelling but also effective in achieving measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:


Email Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and implement comprehensive email marketing campaigns aligned with business goals. Craft compelling email copy, CTAs, and subject lines to maximize engagement. Optimize email content for mobile responsiveness and deliverability.
Audience Segmentation & Targeting: Develop segmentation strategies based on demographics, user behavior, and engagement history. Personalize email campaigns to ensure relevance and maximize ROI.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.). Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights.

Email Automation: Set up and maintain automated workflows for onboarding, re-engagement, and retention. Manage trigger-based campaigns to nurture leads effectively.
A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B tests for subject lines, templates, and email content. Optimize campaigns based on test results and performance data.
Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with email regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.). Stay updated on email marketing trends and emerging technologies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the design, content, and sales teams to align messaging. Partner with data analysts to refine targeting and improve segmentation.

Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Background: A bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Technical Proficiency:

Expertise in email marketing platforms.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer lifecycle strategies.
Understanding of HTML/CSS for email design (preferred).

Analytical Skills:

Strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar tools.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Email Marketing Platforms: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp.
Lead Generation/Enrichment Tools: Apollo, Lusha, Seamless.io.
Design Tools: Canva, Figma.
