The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in email automation, B2B outreach, and lead-nurturing strategies . This role is crucial to the success of our sales pipeline, developing campaigns that effectively engage decision-makers across startups, SMEs, and enterprises. Key Responsibilities 📧 Email Campaign Strategy & Execution Plan, design, and run outbound email campaigns to engage potential B2B clients. Segment email lists based on industry, business size, region, and technology needs. Personalize email content for better open and conversion rates. Continuously optimize subject lines, CTAs, and templates for higher engagement. 🧩 Lead Generation & Nurturing Build targeted prospect lists using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo. Create and manage drip sequences to guide leads through the sales funnel. Track campaign performance and collaborate with the sales team to hand off marketing-qualified leads. Requirements 2+ years of experience in B2B email marketing or outbound lead generation. Proven ability to generate leads for technology or digital service offerings . Excellent copywriting skills with a strong grasp of business and tech audiences. Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms. Understanding of cold email best practices, deliverability , and compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR). An analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data and optimize campaigns. Preferred Qualifications Experience with multi-channel prospecting , including LinkedIn outreach. Familiarity with SaaS, digital agencies, or IT services domains.
