Job Description

Role Overview

The Senior HRBP will act as a strategic partner to business leaders in a fast-scaling e-commerce/retail environment. This role focuses on people strategy, organization effectiveness, performance management, and leadership advisory.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders as a strategic HR advisor
Drive workforce planning, org design, and capability building
Lead performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning
Support transformation, scale-up, and change management initiatives
Coach leaders on engagement, ER, and culture
Use people analytics to influence business decisions
Collaborate with COEs (TA, L&D, Rewards) for execution

Education Keywords (Mandatory)

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
Tier-1 HR Institutes only (e.g., XLRI, TISS, IIMs, SCMHRD, MDI, SPJIMR)
Full-time program mandatory
