Duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage employee records and databases in compliance with privacy and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee and support the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and other essential documentation.
  • Generate HR-related reports and analytics for senior management and HR leadership.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping for HR and administrative functions, keeping all documentation current and compliant with company policies.
  • Organize orientation and onboarding sessions for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the company culture and operations.
  • Coordinate and support the offboarding process for employees leaving the organization, ensuring exit formalities are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Assist in managing payroll administration to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Provide mentoring, training, and guidance to new hires and team members to foster professional growth and collaboration.
  • Take responsibility for team handling and coordination of HR activities to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • BBA Graduate or MBA in HR with minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, candidate sourcing, and screening.
  • Team handling experience of at least 1 year is preferable.
  • Strong organizational skills with effective problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
