Monitor and coordinate day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out works (civil, MEP, finishes). Ensure contractors’ work strictly follows drawings, BOQ, specifications, quality & safety norms. Track progress, highlight delays, and escalate risks to the PMC Project Head. Review and verify RA bills, BBS, quantities, and material reconciliation. Conduct site audits and ensure corrective actions by contractors. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for client updates. Act as part of the PMC team ensuring timely, cost-controlled, and quality delivery.
Prepare and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) from drawings. Ensure BBS for accuracy and compliance with drawings. Ensure steel quantity tracking, wastage control, and reconciliation. Coordinate with PMC QS team, site engineers, and contractors. Experience: 1–4 years in BBS preparation and verification (contractor or PMC side). Knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and rebar detailing software/tools. Strong analytical ability and attention to detail. Good communication and documentation skills.
