Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining our team as an HR & Admin Executive, where you will play a crucial role in managing front desk operations and supporting the HR department with recruitment and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate for this position should be personable, detail-oriented, and adept at handling multiple responsibilities efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, greeting and assisting them in a courteous and professional manner. - Manage incoming calls, emails, and direct them appropriately. - Handle courier and mail distribution, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies. - Ensure the front office area is tidy, presentable, and well-organized at all times. HR Recruitment Responsibilities: - Assist in identifying staffing needs and job descriptions in coordination with department heads. - Post job openings on various platforms and screen resumes. - Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Conduct initial phone screenings, assist in shortlisting candidates, and maintain candidate databases. - Support onboarding processes for new hires including documentation, induction, and coordination with other departments. - Assist in organizing recruitment drives, walk-ins, and campus hiring activities. Administrative Support: - Maintain employee records and provide daily HR operational support. - Handle routine HR documentation, letters, and employee queries. - Provide administrative support for HR-related initiatives, events, and compliance tasks. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in a similar front office or recruitment role is an advantage. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Presentable with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Note: This job is full-time and permanent with a work location in Gurugram. The work schedule is 6 days a week with Tuesdays off. The expected experience for this role is 2-3 years.
