We are hiring :- Senior Healthcare Recruiter


About the Client:


Our client is a trusted provider of healthcare staffing and recruitment solutions, bringing together skilled recruiters and dedicated healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:


Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of healthcare roles including RNs, NPs, PAs, Allied Health professionals PTs, OTs, STs and administrative staff.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Utilize multiple sourcing methods: job boards, social media, internal database, referrals, and networking.

Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on role-specific requirements and cultural fit.

Negotiate offers and close candidates in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate records and status updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Track metrics and KPIs to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.

Mentor junior recruiters or coordinate with sourcing teams if applicable.


Skills & Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).

5+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment (agency or in-house).

Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, credentialing, and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.). Experience with JobDiva is a plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.

Experience in recruiting for multiple locations or states.

Familiarity with PRN/contract staffing models.

Existing network of healthcare professionals.

Knowledge of labor laws and healthcare regulations
