Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Healthcare Recruiter. The position is located in Noida. The Senior Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and placing qualified healthcare professionals into various healthcare facilities. Daily tasks include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, maintaining relationships with candidates and clients, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The recruiter will also work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide excellent customer service throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting
• Strong Hiring and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience working in the healthcare industry is a mandatory.
