Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced and motivated US Healthcare Recruiters to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare staffing, a stable career history, and a proactive approach to learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals for US-based clients
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Meet recruitment targets and deadlines
• Stay updated on industry trends and compliance requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 18–24 months of experience in your last organization
• Prior experience in US healthcare staffing preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and eager to learn
