We are looking for a hands-on marketing leader to own our entire demand generation engine and brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Brand Positioning

  • Execute the "Future-Ready Tech Partner" positioning strategy, focusing on security-led adoption and enterprise-grade cloud solutions .
  • Manage the monthly marketing budget effectively, allocating spend across channels to maximize ROI .
  • Develop messaging frameworks that translate technical capabilities (Cloud, AI, Cyber) into business value.


2. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Direct Ad Management:

    Set up, manage, and optimize LinkedIn Ads (targeting CTOs/CIOs) and Google Search Ads (Cloud, Cybersecurity keywords).
  • IP Collector Launch:

    Drive the adoption of our "IP Collector" assessment tool as a primary lead magnet, aiming for 50+ assessments per quarter.
  • Implement retargeting campaigns to nurture visitors who have engaged with our thought leadership.


3. Content Marketing & Thought Leadership


  • Writing & Production:

    Personally write and publish monthly thought leadership articles, quarterly whitepapers, and industry-specific case studies.
  • Newsletter:

    Curate and send a monthly newsletter offering deep insights to our database of technology leaders.
  • Sales Enablement:

    Create product explainers and "showcase value" collateral that demonstrates cost reduction and cloud billing predictability.

4. Event Management & Community Building

  • Plan and execute high-impact CXO engagement events (Breakfast Meets, Roundtables) for 10–15 tech leaders.
  • Handle all logistics, agenda ideation, and speaker curation for Cloud Modernization and Cybersecurity workshops.

    Generate

    20–25 SMB leads per month

    Drive pipeline to close at least

Candidate Profile

Essential Skills (Must-Haves):

  • B2B Tech Experience:

    5+ years in marketing for IT Services, Cloud, or SaaS. You must understand the difference between "Data & AI" and "Cybersecurity" and how to sell them.
  • Paid Media Mastery:

    Proven experience directly managing LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads. You must be able to lower our CPC and CPL without an agency.
  • Content Writing:

    Exceptional writing skills. You will be writing technical whitepapers and case studies without a copywriter.
  • Event Coordination:

    Experience organizing intimate B2B roundtables or corporate events.


Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves):

  • Basic Graphic Design (Canva/Adobe) to create ad creatives and social cards (reducing the need for external designers).
  • Video Editing skills to create "Technical expert snippets" for social media.
  • Experience with CRM automation to track the "IP Collector" funnel
